What brands do you accept?
We are happy to accept all brands; however, not every item will be suitable for resale. Items from brands such as Primark, SHEIN and other lower-value high-street brands may have limited resale demand and, where we believe an item is unlikely to achieve a worthwhile sale price, it may not be listed. In these cases, the item may be recycled or responsibly disposed of rather than sold. By providing items to us, you acknowledge that we cannot guarantee every item will be listed for sale.
What condition must my items be in?
We request that items are clean, and in good condition. We ask that clothing is free from stains, holes, excessive wear, or damage to give it the best chance of selling.
How and when do I get paid?
Once your items sell, we keep track of all sales and any applicable platform fees. Your payment will be made on the last day of every month once the sale has been processed fully, allowing time for any returns or issues to be resolved. You’ll receive 60% of the net sale value, with our 40% commission deducted after any applicable platform fees. We’ll provide you with a clear breakdown of your sales and payment before the money is transferred to you.
What if I change my mind?
If the items have not yet been listed, they can be returned free of charge (or collected if applicable) However, If your items have already been photographed, listed, and managed by us, a small administration fee may apply to cover the time and work already carried out. Any remaining unsold items can then be returned to you or collected by appointment.
